Commercial Account Executive, Nordics
As a Commercial Account Executive at Gong, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers and fostering strong client relationships within the Nordics region. Gong is a leader in revenue intelligence, utilizing AI to transform how revenue teams operate by unifying data, insights, and workflows into a single, trusted system. This position is based in Dublin and follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office and two days remote each week.
In this role, you will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Your responsibilities include articulating and demonstrating Gong's value proposition to prospective clients, cultivating lasting customer relationships, implementing pilot programs, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts to achieve quarterly quotas. Providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle is paramount.
The ideal candidate possesses over two years of relevant closing experience, complemented by outbound SDR/BDR experience. A background in SaaS and enterprise software sales, particularly with platform solutions, is essential. Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience selling to sales leaders are highly valued. Candidates should be creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, well-organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
