In this role, the representative will engage with clients via phone and email to address inquiries related to account setup, technical support, troubleshooting, and treasury matters. Responsibilities include educating customers on the NinjaTrader product line, managing client data using Salesforce, and collaborating with internal teams such as the Trade Desk, Technical Support, and Compliance to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the role involves identifying emerging client needs, contributing to policy development based on customer feedback, and assisting with beta testing new software updates.
Candidates should possess strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn complex systems, demonstrate empathy and effective communication skills, and have a tech-savvy mindset capable of troubleshooting client issues. The ability to explain complex information in a simple, understandable manner and strong time management skills are essential. While not mandatory, fluency in Spanish, prior customer service experience in a high-volume technology company, and familiarity with CRM software are advantageous.
The position offers a competitive annual salary of $54,000, complemented by a 4% target bonus based on individual and company performance.
