Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic growth partner to Global Client Leaders on priority accounts, leading growth planning and governance rhythms, designing and delivering strategic client programs such as retention and transformation initiatives, managing complex, multi-stakeholder growth projects, embedding best practices across clients, and contributing to cross-client insights and capability development.

The ideal candidate brings experience in senior client leadership, strategy, growth, or transformation roles, with a strong understanding of agency, platform, and networked business models. They should possess a commercial mindset with strong structuring and prioritization skills, confidence in working across complex stakeholder environments, and the ability to work at both client and portfolio levels. Strong stakeholder management and program leadership capabilities, along with a collaborative and growth-oriented approach, are essential.
