Claims Processor

Your day-to-day work will include verifying claim eligibility, ensuring compliance with plan guidelines, data entry, and resolving discrepancies or issues through collaboration with internal and external partners. The Claims Processor works closely with other operations and member support colleagues to provide fast and accurate reimbursement experiences.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in claims processing, medical billing, or a related healthcare administration setting. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of insurance or healthcare claims payment processes are essential. Familiarity with HIPAA, confidentiality standards, and proficiency in using web-based claims tools or healthcare software is strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset are also important for success in this position.
