Chief Product & Technology Officer

In this role, the CPTO will oversee the development and execution of product and technology strategies across all portfolio companies. This includes leading cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, ensuring the scalability and security of technology platforms, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The CPTO will collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify and implement best practices, leverage AI capabilities, and support the growth and modernization of each portfolio company.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in product and technology leadership within the enterprise software industry, with experience in managing diverse teams and complex product portfolios. Strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of AI and modern software development practices are essential. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as integrating acquired companies, will be highly beneficial.
