The Chief of Staff will report directly to the CEO, ensuring that the company’s strategic priorities are executed efficiently and effectively. The Chief of Staff will serve as a right-hand advisor to the CEO, designing and executing growth initiatives, driving critical projects across the organization, and informing strategic decision-making at the highest level. This role requires a high degree of business acumen, quantitative aptitude, analytical rigor, people management skills, and end-to-end ownership of high-stakes initiatives. Key responsibilities include designing, prioritizing, and executing critical growth and optimization initiatives for the business. The Chief of Staff will build a deep, nuanced understanding of the energy infrastructure and data center markets, identify key market dynamics and trends, and understand business differentiators. Serving as a trusted partner to the CEO, the role involves generating and delivering rigorous quantitative and qualitative insights to drive business strategy and decision-making. Participation in or leading key meetings with internal and external stakeholders, shaping program design and execution, and ensuring that initiatives are executed to the highest standard are also essential duties. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will align and manage internal and external stakeholders across special projects ranging from cross-functional initiatives to executive-specific needs.

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in highly strategic, analytical, or operational roles such as pre- and post-MBA roles at top-tier strategy consulting firms or investment banks, investment roles at bulge bracket or leading middle-market private equity firms, market-facing strategy and operations roles at high-growth technology startups, officer positions in the U.S. Military with demonstrated ability leading teams and supporting more senior officers, or legislative assistant or press secretary roles to U.S. Senators or Congressmen. A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is a plus but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have an agile and organized working style to manage and consistently prioritize key initiatives, be a detail-oriented strategic thinker with strong quantitative aptitude and analytical approach to problem-solving, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with financial modeling, strong emotional intelligence, and professionalism as a representative of the CEO are also important. The role demands an entrepreneurial and driven individual with a track record of high efficiency and output, ambition to grow into a leadership position within the company, and a strong orientation towards outcomes with a willingness to roll up sleeves and get the job done. Passion for energy, data centers, and next-generation computing is essential.
