As the primary lead of Cloud Commercialization, you will oversee the execution of large-scale GPU reservation agreements, often reaching nine-figure contract values. This role operates at the intersection of high-performance computing, energy infrastructure, and corporate finance, ensuring organizations have the compute capacity needed to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

Key responsibilities include leading the negotiation of Master Service Agreements and Reserved Capacity contracts for H100, H200, and Blackwell clusters. You will differentiate Highrise AI from competitors by leveraging Hut 8’s vertical integration, coordinate with Infrastructure and Finance teams to align agreements with physical deployments and power availability, and manage relationships with C-suite stakeholders from initial term sheets to final execution. Additionally, you will monitor the "Compute-as-a-Service" market to maintain competitive pricing models and service level agreements.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Strategic Partnerships within the Cloud, IaaS, or Data Center sectors, with a proven track record of leading negotiations for contracts exceeding $50 million in total contract value. A deep understanding of the AI stack, including GPU interconnectivity and infrastructure requirements for LLM training and inference, is essential. Expertise in contract redlining, particularly concerning liability, uptime guarantees, and financial trade-offs, is required. An appreciation for vertical integration and the ability to articulate the advantages of owning power infrastructure over asset-light providers is also important.
