Channel Account Manager (Position located in Singapore)

The Channel Account Manager position at KnowBe4 is based in Singapore and plays a key role within the company’s global sales and partnership organization. The Channel Account Manager serves as a bridge between KnowBe4 and its channel partners, driving growth and supporting the company's mission to help organizations manage the ongoing problem of social engineering.

In this role, the Channel Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with regional channel partners, resellers, and distributors. Daily tasks include managing partner portfolios, supporting partners through the sales process, creating joint business plans, and ensuring partners are equipped with the necessary resources to effectively promote KnowBe4 solutions. The manager collaborates closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to address partner needs and drive revenue targets.

Candidates for this position should have proven experience in channel management or indirect sales within the cybersecurity, software, or technology sectors. Strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific market, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate are essential. Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills in regional languages considered an advantage. Experience with partner management software and CRM systems is preferred.
