Channel Account Manager I - EMEA
Huntress, a fully remote cybersecurity company founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, is seeking a Channel Account Manager I for the EMEA region. The company is dedicated to providing enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products to businesses of all sizes. The Channel Account Manager I will report to the Manager of Channel Account Management and will be based remotely in Ireland.
In this role, the Channel Account Manager I will be responsible for driving business efforts toward customer loyalty, renewals, expansion, and satisfaction. This includes working closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that help customers succeed with Huntress through training, education, and empowerment. The position also involves engaging with customers and third-party reseller partners to ensure their needs are met.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in customer or partner success, account management, or a partner or direct sales role, ideally focused on mid-market and below. Experience in SaaS, preferably related to the cybersecurity industry, and familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot are also desired. A passion for working with both customers and partners, along with a strong bias toward action and efficiency, is essential.
The compensation package includes a base salary of €54,600, with on-target earnings of €91,000, plus equity. Additional benefits include a 100% remote work environment, a new starter home office setup reimbursement of €480, generous personal leave entitlements, a digital monthly reimbursement of €111, and travel to the US 1-2 times per year for company events.
