Central Compliance: Global Process Excellence & Operations Lead

Experian, a global data and technology company, is seeking a Central Compliance: Global Process Excellence & Operations Lead to drive transformation and continuous improvement within their global Compliance function. This remote role reports to the Head of Compliance Programme & Business Partnering.

The primary responsibilities include leading the global Compliance Process Excellence strategy, managing projects that enhance processes and implement advanced technologies, and acting as a business analyst to translate compliance needs into actionable requirements. The role also involves exploring RegTech and AI solutions to bolster compliance capabilities, overseeing Compliance-owned systems, managing vendor relationships to ensure adherence to Experian standards, and collaborating with global partners to implement changes across various regions and departments.

Candidates should possess expertise in process redesign, continuous improvement, and technology enablement, with the ability to manage complex projects across multiple time zones. A collaborative mindset to influence and engage at all levels is essential, along with an appetite for innovation and applying technology to solve compliance challenges. Preferred qualifications include a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent, experience in operations, technology, or regulated environments, proficiency in executive-level presentations and coaching, familiarity with AI tools and automation technologies, and experience with GRC platforms, RegTech solutions, and GenAI use case development.
