In this position, the Capital Formation Lead will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with investors across family offices, endowments, foundations, and pension groups. Key responsibilities include creating compelling investor materials, such as case studies and diligence responses, and providing regular updates on pipeline progress and industry trends. The role also involves collaborating closely with Investor Operations and Legal teams to guide deals from term sheet to closure, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new investors. Additionally, the Capital Formation Lead will work cross-functionally to enhance Point's reputation as a trusted investment partner.
The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in a client-facing financial services or investor-focused role, demonstrating strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with investors through various channels. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential, along with solid financial and analytical acumen, including familiarity with financial reporting, valuation concepts, and market research. The candidate should also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
