Business Development Representative (BDR)

In this role, the BDR will drive pipeline development by prospecting into key accounts through various channels, including email, phone calls, and LinkedIn. The representative will craft personalized outreach strategies based on thorough research to target high-priority leads effectively. Acting as a brand ambassador, the BDR will communicate fal's value proposition, collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, and stay informed on AI and machine learning trends to engage in relevant technical conversations.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, particularly within fast-paced tech environments such as AI and SaaS. A proven track record of engaging with technical stakeholders is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to operate swiftly and iterate on strategies is crucial. Familiarity with the latest CRM systems and sales engagement tools is expected. A bonus would be a background in AI, development tools, or creative communities, coupled with a passion for staying at the forefront of technological advancements.
Compensation for this role includes an on-target earnings (OTE) range of $100,000 to $130,000, structured with an 80/20 split between base salary and commission.
