As a Business Development Manager for Vietnam at Lighthouse, you will play a pivotal role in our international expansion efforts. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will manage the full sales cycle within the Vietnamese market, from initial prospecting to contract negotiations. Lighthouse is a leading commercial platform in the hospitality industry, providing actionable insights and advanced pricing tools to help businesses maximize their revenue potential.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and securing new client opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within professional industry groups across Vietnam. You will manage the end-to-end sales process, respond to inbound inquiries, conduct product demonstrations, and prepare tailored proposals. Additionally, you will create and execute a business development plan to achieve sales targets, find opportunities to upsell within our existing client base, and act as a liaison between the Vietnamese market and our internal Product teams by sharing client feedback to guide product updates.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, ideally within hospitality tech or SaaS, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. You should be experienced in lead generation, pipeline management, and delivering clear product presentations or webinars. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to balance client value with profit margins are essential. Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese is required, and additional Asian languages are a plus. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is interested in leveraging automation and generative AI to improve daily workflow will excel in this role.
