Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across its Restructuring Advisory, Real Estate, and Innovate practices. This strategic role involves collaborating with partners and the Marketing and Business Development team to enhance client relationships, elevate market presence, and identify new opportunities aligned with the firm's objectives.

The Business Development Manager will develop and implement sector and practice growth strategies, manage business plans with measurable outcomes, and monitor market trends to inform priorities. Responsibilities include driving client targeting initiatives, supporting partners in pursuing high-value opportunities, preparing compelling client materials, and planning campaigns and events to strengthen the firm's market profile.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in business development, client management, or marketing within professional services, preferably in legal or advisory environments. An understanding of restructuring, real estate, or related sectors is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound commercial judgment, and confidence in working with senior stakeholders are required.
