Business Development Associate

In this role, the associate is responsible for identifying and connecting with quality addressable market accounts through consistent outreach via calls and emails. Key responsibilities include scheduling product demonstrations, enhancing client engagement, and supporting the Senior Business Development Representatives in driving deal closures. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions in Salesforce is also a critical aspect of the position.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have at least one year of successful sales experience, preferably with a technology product. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous. A strong interest in financial markets, particularly private equity and venture capital, is essential. The role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage a high volume of leads efficiently.
