Business Analyst Intern
Veracode is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This role offers hands-on experience working with core sales systems and business intelligence tools, including Salesforce, Clari, and Looker, while contributing to key operational initiatives that drive revenue performance.
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support day-to-day sales operations activities, including data management, reporting, and system maintenance. You will assist in maintaining and improving data integrity within Salesforce CRM, generate and analyze reports and dashboards in Looker, support forecasting processes and pipeline visibility through Clari, and help identify process inefficiencies to contribute to optimization initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams, and document processes to contribute to the development of internal playbooks and training materials.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are essential. An interest in sales operations, revenue operations, or business analytics is desired. Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, or a willingness to learn quickly is important. Experience with data visualization or analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Excel is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, are also required.
This internship provides hands-on experience with industry-leading sales and analytics tools, exposure to SaaS sales processes, forecasting, and revenue operations strategy.
