Business Analyst, GTM Operations
Veracode is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team. This pivotal role bridges data analysis, strategic planning, and execution, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams, regularly presenting findings to C-level executives.
Key responsibilities include analyzing GTM performance throughout the lead-to-cash lifecycle within a SaaS environment, developing and maintaining forecasting, capacity, and revenue models to support growth initiatives, and generating insights on ROI, campaign effectiveness, funnel metrics, pipeline health, and conversion trends. The role also involves creating and managing dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools, supporting pipeline forecasting and revenue predictability, and identifying opportunities to optimize GTM processes through data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience as a Business Analyst, GTM Analyst, Revenue Operations Analyst, or a similar role within a SaaS environment. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree considered a plus. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, and strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM and SaaS data structures are essential. Experience with Clari or similar forecasting tools, a solid understanding of Go-To-Market strategies, and the ability to confidently present insights to senior leadership are also important.
