Familiarity with e-billing systems and client portals such as Serengeti, CounselLink, or Tymetrix is essential. Proficiency in billing software like Elite, Aderant, or Billblast is also required. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this role.
