Axiom is seeking a qualified Banking & Finance Lawyer to join its London team, providing legal support across various industries. This role involves offering practical legal advice on a wide range of finance transactions, including representing banks, borrowers, and private equity houses in both mid-market and investment-grade syndicated and bilateral banking matters. The position requires drafting, negotiating, and reviewing financing documents such as loan facility agreements, security documentation, and intercreditor agreements, as well as managing domestic and cross-border transactions.
