Banking Complaints Project Manager

N26 Bank is seeking a Complaints Compliance & Prevention Manager to lead compliance governance, audit remediation, and the preventive control framework within the Complaints Management & Prevention department. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end planning and execution of the regulatory remediation roadmap, ensuring compliance with German and European banking regulations. The manager will establish a robust, BaFin-compliant preventive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) framework and oversee the department's Written Orders to ensure operational integrity, data quality, and compliance across all active N26 markets.
