Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an attorney barred and residing in Minnesota to assist with e-discovery and document review for mass tort and class action cases. This role involves working within a dedicated team focused on managing large-scale litigation, contributing to the firm's mission of advocating for consumer rights.

Key responsibilities include performing substantive document reviews on platforms such as Relativity and DISCO, coding documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege, assisting with the preparation of privilege and redaction logs, and participating in special projects as assigned.

Candidates must possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school, be an active member in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar Association, and have a minimum of one year of personal injury experience. Prior experience in e-discovery or document review is preferred.
