As an Associate Strategic Program Manager at Fictiv, you will collaborate with leading enterprises and innovative startups to accelerate product launches while upholding the highest quality standards. This role involves supporting the Strategic Program Management team in executing complex programs, ensuring products are launched on time, within budget, and at optimal quality. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Quality, and Logistics teams to keep projects aligned with customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate program statuses across multiple systems, and identifying process gaps to drive operational improvements. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance program efficiency and customer satisfaction, track and report on program milestones, and support customer change requests and project updates. The role may require up to 10% annual travel.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering and has 3+ years of manufacturing operations experience or 1-2 years of related experience. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A proactive self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement and experience working with global manufacturing sites in a customer-facing role is preferred. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Die Casting, or Assembly is advantageous.
