Associate Sales Support Specialist - US Shift

As an Associate Sales Support Specialist at Fictiv, you will be an integral part of our U.S. sales team, providing essential administrative support, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and have 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is also required.
