Associate General Counsel, Product, Privacy and AI

Peregrine Technologies is seeking an Associate General Counsel specializing in Product, Privacy, and AI to join their dynamic team. This role involves serving as a strategic legal partner to the Product, Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. The position requires a blend of traditional product counseling with deep expertise in AI governance, privacy frameworks, and emerging regulatory regimes. The successful candidate will be embedded directly into the product development lifecycle, advising on AI-enabled features, data governance decisions, model development considerations, and regulatory exposure in public sector environments.
