The Associate, Field Deployment Operations at RADAR plays a critical role in the successful deployment of RADAR's technology in retail stores. This position involves overseeing the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of a store portfolio within a designated region, ensuring installations are completed efficiently and meet company standards. RADAR is a fast-growing, mission-driven startup that combines RFID and AI to transform the in-store experience, working with leading retail brands to enhance product visibility and automate operations.

Key responsibilities include pre-installation coordination with external partners to align on tasks, timelines, and requirements; collaborating with Deployment Leads and Operations teams to execute projects effectively; and providing feedback to field crews to improve deployment procedures. The role also involves conducting quality checks on installations, documenting findings, and ensuring adherence to established procedures and guidelines.

Required qualifications include experience in technology deployment or a related field, preferably within retail environments; a basic understanding of hardware installations and technical troubleshooting; strong attention to detail and commitment to quality; the ability to work well in a team and follow directions from senior team members; good communication skills, both verbal and written; and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
