In this role, the coordinator manages various operational aspects essential for successful deployments. Key responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, tracking site readiness, overseeing shipping logistics, handling insurance documentation, supporting permitting processes, assisting with scheduling, and maintaining comprehensive deployment documentation. The coordinator ensures that all elements are aligned, facilitating smooth transitions from planning to execution.

Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in deployment coordination, project coordination, field operations, logistics, retail operations, construction coordination, facilities, or implementation support is preferred. Proficiency in working with external vendors, integration partners, customers, landlords, general contractors, or field teams is advantageous.
