The Associate Customer Program Manager - Process, Systems & Automation at Fictiv is a pivotal role within the Customer Program Management (CPM) team, focusing on enhancing and scaling operational systems across workflows, tools, and decision-making frameworks. Fictiv is a global manufacturing and supply chain company that enables organizations to scale globally across its four manufacturing centers in India, Mexico, China, and the U.S., delivering over 35 million parts to industries such as aerospace, robotics, automotive, and climate tech.

In this role, the individual will identify recurring challenges across programs and translate them into scalable solutions through systems, automation, and process design. Key responsibilities include improving and scaling workflows across CRM, ERP, quoting, and order management systems; designing and standardizing workflows, playbooks, and decision frameworks; identifying opportunities to automate manual and repeatable workflows; analyzing trends in delays, escalations, and quality issues to identify root causes; developing and maintaining clear SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation; and collaborating closely with CPM, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product teams to improve execution outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, with 5 to 8 years of experience in operations, program management, business operations, product operations, or systems-driven roles. Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, SaaS, supply chain, or manufacturing is preferred. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
