The Associate Commercial Territory Manager at Tenable, Inc. is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographical area by identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role involves proactive outreach, effective account management, and collaboration with internal teams to meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas. In this position, the manager will research and identify potential accounts, conduct outbound cold calls to solicit new business, build rapport with clients, provide technical information, deliver presentations, prepare accurate quotes, and forecast sales activities on a monthly and quarterly basis. Occasional attendance at regional events may also be required. The role demands a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on closing new business and achieving annual revenue targets.

Candidates should have a proven track record in sales, with experience in prospecting, closing deals, and managing territories. Strong presentation skills, the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office are essential. A bachelor's degree and at least two years of technology sales experience are preferred.

Compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $23.56 to $31.25 per hour, with additional variable compensation based on individual and company performance.
