Associate, Client Service Operations
As an Associate in the Client Service Department at Bridgewater Associates, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive exceptional service and that your team achieves its strategic goals. This position is based in Westport, Connecticut, and follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring four days per week on-site.
In this role, you will act as the 'air traffic controller' for your team, managing a variety of administrative, operational, and project management activities for approximately 30 clients. Your responsibilities will include setting goals, brainstorming execution strategies, managing multiple initiatives, coordinating directly with clients and internal stakeholders, serving as the first point of contact for client requests, and planning meetings, trips, and events. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the team.
The ideal candidate will possess effective written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail. A high degree of proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required, along with a general comfort with learning and using new software tools. A bachelor's degree with a strong academic record is preferred. Experience in financial services or a professional business environment is a plus, though not required. Additionally, candidates should be team players who can learn quickly, proactively seek to improve efficiency and quality, and demonstrate a high standard for excellent client service.
Bridgewater Associates offers a competitive compensation package for this role, with a wage range of $135,000 to $200,000, inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus. The expected base salary for this role is between 80% to 90% of this wage range.
