Associate Attorney

Tyson & Mendes LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling case strategies, managing court appearances, conducting depositions, and handling trials. You will work closely with attorneys and staff at all experience levels, maintain consistent communication with clients, and mentor junior attorneys to contribute to the team's success.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and hold an active bar license in the state of Washington. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in insurance defense and 1–8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, along with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, is essential.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $100,000 to $145,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
