The Associate Account Manager, Paid Social at WPP Media is responsible for managing and executing paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This role involves developing strategic social marketing plans that align with client objectives, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing results to maximize client investment. The position is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and operates in a hybrid work environment, with approximately four days in the office per week.

Key responsibilities include managing paid social marketing campaigns for Fortune 1000 clients, developing and executing strategic social marketing plans, pulling and organizing campaign data effectively, understanding strategic differences between campaigns and setups, presenting and gaining approval on campaign tactics, forecasting and maximizing performance opportunities, monitoring and optimizing campaign performance, assisting with the billing process, maintaining positive relationships with internal resources, building on existing social marketing expertise, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree or relevant college certificate, a minimum of one year of paid social experience and/or digital marketing account management, experience using social biddable platforms, experience building, monitoring, and optimizing full-funnel paid social campaigns, high attention to detail, the ability to handle and prioritize multiple accounts, professional interaction skills, high technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with analytical tools, a technical and analytical mindset, and experience with Prisma as a desirable asset.
