Assistant Manager - Sales

Experian is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our Consumer Services business line. This role focuses on evaluating sales opportunities across various domains, including BFSI and Telecom, to drive growth and enhance our market presence. As part of a global leader in data and technology, you will contribute to our mission of empowering consumers and businesses through innovative solutions.

In this position, you will identify and target prospective FinTech clients, such as digital lending platforms, neobanks, and payment companies. Your responsibilities include increasing sales of Experian's products and services, including Bureau Solutions, credit risk solutions, fraud prevention tools, analytics platforms, and decisioning systems. Developing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expanding our client base within the FinTech segment are key aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in solution sales, consulting, or a financial services environment. Familiarity with the FinTech ecosystem, including digital lending, payments, and neobanks, is essential. Strong B2B sales experience in financial services, technology, or related industries, along with the ability to engage with senior partners, is required. Demonstrated expertise in solution-based selling, account management, data interpretation, and strong negotiation skills are also necessary.
