Assistant General Counsel

SoFi is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to support the expansion of SoFi Pay, its global remittance transfer product, and broader international growth initiatives. This role involves advising on licensing, regulatory, and product-launch considerations in foreign jurisdictions, collaborating with international counsel and cross-functional teams to navigate regulatory frameworks, obtain necessary licenses, and support the launch and operation of financial products outside the United States. The ideal candidate should be intellectually curious, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and excited to help build scalable legal and regulatory foundations for global financial products.
