Arquiteto (a) Sênior
Experian is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join its Marketing Services architecture team. This pivotal role involves shaping the long-term technology strategy and ensuring a scalable, secure, and interoperable enterprise architecture aligned with Experian's strategic goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to design, maintain, and evolve a resilient and future-proof technology ecosystem that enables innovation, efficiency, and seamless integration across the organization.
Key responsibilities include guiding the vision by collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to design and build the next generation of cloud applications and infrastructure. The Senior Architect will act as a critical link between teams, using influence and negotiation skills to ensure technical projects align with strategic goals. Additionally, the role involves mentoring engineers and promoting a culture of high-quality, secure, and automated development practices, as well as architecting robust solutions for processing high-volume data workloads and ensuring system security and scalability.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on software engineering experience and proficiency with AWS and/or GCP. Experience in designing and executing cloud migration strategies, modernizing legacy applications, and re-architecting on-premises systems to run natively in the cloud is essential. A solid understanding of modernization strategies, including rehosting, replatforming, refactoring, and build vs. buy assessments, is required. The candidate should also have proven experience in designing secure, scalable cloud applications and infrastructure, strong experience with large-scale data processing systems, and familiarity with non-functional requirements such as performance, reliability, scalability, and security. The role demands the ability to drive architectural vision and influence across cross-functional teams, strong negotiation and consensus-building skills, and exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex concepts in business-relevant language. Advanced English proficiency is necessary, as the role involves daily interaction with global teams, and availability to travel to São Carlos/SP when needed is required.
