Application Managed Services Junior Analyst
Harbor is seeking an Analyst to join our dynamic Application Management services team within our Legal Technology & Operations practice. This team is dedicated to delivering high-quality services to clients with managed services agreements, focusing primarily on Intapp solutions and their integration with other platforms such as practice management systems, document management systems, and external data providers. The role is based in our Moncton, New Brunswick office in Canada and offers a hybrid working environment.
The Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and resolving issues within client production environments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key tasks include proactive system monitoring, timely resolution of production issues, regular client updates, collaboration with technology providers, support for third-party application integrations, data reconciliation, and configuration of Intapp product software. Additionally, the role involves executing planned changes to client implementation components, validating outcomes through test plans, documenting changes, and participating in deployment activities.
Candidates should possess a degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or Data & Analytics. Essential skills include a strong understanding of implementation processes, analytical and numerical reasoning abilities, effective communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude towards learning. Technical proficiency in XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST APIs, and SQL is advantageous, along with advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
