Analyst - Quality Assurance Financial Crime Compliance

Interactive Brokers is seeking a full-time Analyst for its Quality Assurance (QA) Financial Crime Compliance team in Chicago. This role involves ensuring the firm's adherence to global financial crime regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, anti-terrorist financing, sanctions programs, and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. The QA Analyst will report to a Compliance Manager and will be cross-trained across multiple financial crime compliance processes, supporting a risk-based, enterprise-wide QA program.
