The Analyst, Client Investment Research position at Bridgewater Associates is integral to the firm's client service strategy, operating within the Investor Relations Team. This role involves close collaboration with senior investors and strategists to address clients' most pressing research priorities. Candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in finance, consulting, or a related analytical role. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Economics, Finance, or related fields is preferred, along with a strong academic and extracurricular track record. Essential skills include a keen interest in markets and economies, proficiency in data analysis, aptitude for quantitative work with financial and economic data, and experience in synthesizing large amounts of information, preferably with a macroeconomic focus. The compensation for this role ranges from $130,000 to $260,000 annually, inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus. The expected base salary constitutes 70% to 80% of this range.
