Candidates are expected to have foundational knowledge of Linux or Windows operating systems, basic scripting skills, and exposure to infrastructure monitoring tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure as well as an understanding of ITIL or DevOps practices are desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new technologies are essential for success in this junior position.
