The Strategic Partnerships Analyst at Hotmart plays a pivotal role in managing and executing initiatives that strengthen relationships with partners and enhance the company's market presence. Key responsibilities include defining and executing actions at sponsored events, managing Hotmart's activations in mentorships, masterminds, and partner events, and controlling and monitoring budgets for these initiatives. The analyst will also handle the management of invitations, internal workflows, and coordination with various departments, support FIRE Festival initiatives, and organize the calendar of events and activations with partners at the office.
Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities, strong process and deadline management capabilities, and a proactive attitude with effective communication skills. Organizational skills to manage multiple simultaneous demands, attention to detail with a refined execution approach, and the ability to prioritize and oversee operational tasks are essential.
