In this role, the professional will be responsible for manipulating databases, developing statistical models and machine learning algorithms using various supervised, semi-supervised, and unsupervised techniques. The position also involves developing credit strategies, conducting ad hoc studies, and performing statistical analyses. Evaluating credit granting and management rules based on bureau data, payment history, and client profiles is a key aspect of the day-to-day work. Additionally, the role requires interpreting and assessing data results to ensure they align with business objectives and effectively communicating complex technical explanations to diverse audiences.
Candidates should have experience and knowledge in data analysis and machine learning models applied to credit and collections. Proficiency in developing and analyzing delinquency indicators, provisions, and portfolio analysis is essential. The ability to map current credit journeys and propose new studies is also required. Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities are important for this role. An intermediate level of English proficiency is necessary. Availability for in-person client visits is expected.
