In this role, the professional will develop credit risk models using advanced statistical techniques and Machine Learning, primarily utilizing Python. Responsibilities include handling, exploring, and analyzing large datasets, conducting ad hoc studies and statistical analyses to support decision-making, interpreting analytical results to assess their coherence, relevance, and business impact, and translating complex technical analyses into clear and objective insights suitable for various audiences, including clients from diverse segments and internal areas.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and development of statistical and Machine Learning models. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients. A proactive profile focused on results, quality, and value delivery is desired. An analytical, inquisitive, and curious mindset, with a continuous interest in learning, technical evolution, and identifying patterns and improvement opportunities, is important. The ability to propose solutions aligned with business strategies is also required. Knowledge in Generative AI (GenAI) will be considered a differential.
