Analista de DevOps Sênior
The Senior DevOps Analyst at Experian will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of DevOps and infrastructure automation solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. This role involves applying advanced Infrastructure as Code, automation frameworks, security standards, and operational best practices. The analyst will collaborate with global engineering, cloud, and operations teams to ensure highly available, secure, scalable, and efficient infrastructure platforms that support business-critical systems.
Key responsibilities include designing and evolving enterprise-scale infrastructure automation solutions using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools like Terraform and Ansible. The analyst will own the stability, performance, and evolution of global DevOps and self-service platforms, ensuring high availability and alignment with operational and security standards. Additionally, they will lead the implementation of infrastructure security controls through automated patching, OS hardening, and secure configuration standards. Proactively identifying reliability risks, scalability constraints, and operational inefficiencies, the analyst will implement automation and architectural improvements to increase system resilience and operational maturity. Participation in on-call rotations and major incident response, performing deep root cause analysis and driving long-term remediation, is also expected. Mentoring DevOps engineers and operations staff, establishing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to raise overall DevOps maturity are key aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate will have advanced experience in DevOps and infrastructure automation within complex enterprise environments. Proficiency in Linux (Red Hat, SUSE) and Windows Server administration at scale is required. Expertise in Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible, along with advanced scripting and programming skills in Bash, PowerShell, and Python (knowledge of Go is preferred), is essential. Experience with CI/CD platform design and optimization, public and private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers and container orchestration platforms, server provisioning, patching, OS security hardening, monitoring, performance tuning, and reliability engineering practices is also necessary. Familiarity with version control systems and branching strategies (Git, Bitbucket), Agile (Scrum), and ITIL-based operational models is important. Strong system design, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills, along with the ability to mentor peers and influence technical direction, are key qualifications.
