is seeking an Alliance Manager to strengthen its strategic partnership with Microsoft. This role is integral to Gong's growth, focusing on executing co-sell and Microsoft partner strategies. The position is available in San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Austin, New York City Metro, and Chicago, aligning with Gong's hybrid work model.

The Alliance Manager will collaborate with marketing and the Microsoft Partner Leader to execute joint campaigns, webinars, and events aimed at generating new pipeline and increasing Gong's visibility within the Microsoft ecosystem. They will act as the internal champion for Microsoft co-sell, providing training and support to Gong’s Account Executives on leveraging Microsoft programs and funding. Additionally, the role involves managing the submission, tracking, and reporting of co-sell opportunities through the Microsoft Partner Center, and overseeing Gong's Microsoft Marketplace presence, including private offer creation and deal registration.

Candidates should have over four years of experience in alliances, channel sales, or partner operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS company. Direct experience with the Microsoft Marketplace and Co-sell program is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a proven track record of managing projects effectively and navigating ambiguity. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as is proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for tracking KPIs and partnership impact.
