AI Product Manager (Demo)
Celonis is seeking an AI Product Manager (Demo) to join their Demo Engineering team in Madrid, Spain. This role focuses on developing AI-powered demo tools and agentic systems to enhance the company's go-to-market strategy. As part of the Demo Engineering team, the individual will contribute to building the Next-Gen Demo Factory, where AI agents and large language models (LLMs) handle the heavy lifting of demo creation.
The primary responsibilities include architecting "Prompt-to-Demo" workflows, automating the generation of data stories, UI screens, and configurations from business requirements. The role also involves creating self-service agentic tools for Sales Representatives and Solution Engineers, enabling them to interact with demo environments that generate custom talk-tracks, executive summaries, and personalized pitch decks. Additionally, the AI Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end development, release, and continuous improvement of strategic AI demo tools, collaborating with product and engineering teams to evolve these tools alongside the Celonis platform.
Candidates should have at least 1.5 years of professional experience in Value Engineering, Applied AI, Solution Engineering, Demo Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar product-adjacent role. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a comparable programming language is required, along with experience in data handling, integrating AI models and APIs, and debugging tools. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to identify high-impact use cases and translate complex technical capabilities into simple, value-driven business narratives for executive audiences. A strong inclination towards continuous learning and experimentation with new models, frameworks, and prompting techniques is essential.
While not mandatory, experience with cloud platforms and workflows, such as Microsoft Azure and Azure Blob Storage, is advantageous. Familiarity with software development and delivery processes, including GitHub, version control, deployment workflows, and maintaining web applications, is beneficial. Experience in frontend development and UI/UX design, as well as knowledge of the Celonis platform and in-product applications, would be considered a plus.
