AI Product Engineer (Demo)
The AI Product Engineer (Demo) at Celonis will be part of the Demo Engineering team, which plays a pivotal role in the company's Go-To-Market strategy. This team is embarking on a mission to build the Next-Gen Demo Factory, leveraging AI agents and large language models (LLMs) to automate demo creation. By integrating operational business context into AI, Celonis aims to enable large enterprises to industrialize AI and achieve tangible returns on investment.
In this role, the engineer will lead the development of "Prompt-to-Demo" workflows, transforming mockups into in-product demos using tools like Apollo. They will build and refine AI agents to automate the generation of data stories, user interface screens, and configurations based on business requirements. Additionally, the engineer will create self-service tools that allow sales representatives and solution engineers to interact with demo environments, generating custom presentations and pitch decks on demand. The role also involves owning the end-to-end development and continuous improvement of strategic AI demo tools, collaborating with product and engineering teams to evolve these tools alongside the Celonis platform.
Candidates should have at least 1.5 years of experience in Value Engineering, Applied AI, Solution Engineering, Demo Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar product-adjacent roles. A strong technical foundation is essential, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience integrating AI models and APIs. The ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, value-driven business narratives for executive audiences is crucial. A high learning velocity is important, as the AI landscape is rapidly evolving.
