AEO & SEO Manager (Remote)
Experian is seeking an AEO & SEO Manager to lead the development and execution of Experian Health's B2B AI search strategy. This role focuses on enhancing the company's visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms. The position reports to the Digital Marketing Director and offers the flexibility to work remotely.
The AEO & SEO Manager will be responsible for researching, strategizing, and implementing Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) techniques to improve brand discoverability in generative AI platforms. Key tasks include designing AEO-friendly content structures, managing technical SEO initiatives such as schema markup and Core Web Vitals, performing prompt and competitor analyses, and overseeing traditional SEO strategies. The role also involves guiding the marketing team through evolving consumer behaviors influenced by AI advancements.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in SEO and content strategy, with a proven track record in driving revenue through data-driven digital marketing. Proficiency in AI, particularly with large language models and prompting, is required. Experience with marketing analytics, keyword research, and familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush are essential. Knowledge of website development technologies and CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager and WordPress is also necessary.
Experian offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $100,649 to $174,459, along with a bonus plan.
