Ad Ops Manager, GOC
The Ad Ops Manager at WPP Media's Global Operations Centre (GOC) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns. Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with counterparts in WPP Media's regional teams, enforcing best practices with a focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery, and serving as a point of escalation for the team. The Ad Ops Manager is accountable for ensuring high-quality output and consistent work delivery to regional teams. Additionally, the role involves line management of 2-5 direct reports, providing timely and actionable feedback to aid in their development and recognizing jobs well done.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate an advanced English proficiency level (B2–C2). A minimum of three years' experience in implementing and optimizing programmatic campaigns using platforms such as CM360 or Sizmek is required, along with some experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or DV360. At least one year of leadership experience is essential, as well as advanced Excel skills.
