Accounting Manager

RADAR is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead and enhance its financial operations. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. Key duties include developing and implementing accounting policies, managing procure-to-pay workflows, and maintaining compliance with GAAP standards. Additionally, the role involves preparing for the company's first external audit and managing inventory accounting across various stages, from raw materials to finished goods.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech environment. Proficiency in US GAAP, month-end close procedures, and operational accounting is essential. Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is required, and a CPA certification is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
