Account Manager | Singapore (all genders)
As an Account Manager at Lucanet Group in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and converting new revenue opportunities within our existing customer base. This position offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to leverage your commercial acumen and proactive approach to unlock the full value of our platform for our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include owning and closing opportunities within the existing customer base, encompassing both migrations and cross-sell expansions. You will proactively generate pipeline through outbound outreach, discovery, and internal intelligence, engaging new stakeholders and decision-makers to position Lucanet's broader platform value. Additionally, you will drive customer migration from on-premises solutions to the cloud, aligning with end-of-life timelines by the end of 2026.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong hunter mindset with a bias towards action and outcomes. Experience in an SDR, BDR, or Junior Account Executive role, coupled with the ambition to own full-cycle deals, is essential. Confidence in creating demand, initiating commercial conversations, and managing objections to move deals forward with intent is crucial. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are also required.
