Account Manager, Scale

Collaboration with Customer Success to develop account plans and business reviews, crafting tailored commercial proposals, and leading negotiations to close deals are also essential aspects of the position. Additionally, the Account Manager is expected to identify retention risks early, maintain accurate forecasts, and lead both virtual and in-person customer meetings, involving regular domestic and occasional international travel.
